Shipping Methods

All items ship from our warehouse in Shelton, CT unless otherwise arranged. We primarily ship our products via UPS for standard orders. In certain cases, larger shipments may be delivered by truck. All freight charges are in addition to the product cost.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.


Delivery Time

In stock items will ship within 2 business days of order shipment.  Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Freight Charges

For truck deliveries, additional freight charges will apply. The freight charges will be clearly communicated to you before your items are shipped.  If you have specific carrier preferences or require a designated carrier, please specify it as part of your order.


International Shipping

Any order shipping outside of the continental United States will require additional service and handling.   Please contact Luho customer service directly via email or phone to arrange purchase and delivery.  Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges as well as any customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website using the provided tracking information.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Please note that once an order has been processed, changes to the shipping method or cancellation may not be possible. If you have any concerns or special requests, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution for you.
